APA's revision of 82-1A-C. Status? Future?

Anybody have more insight of the status of these proposed changes?
I've only seen a couple of comments from industry letters and individuals in 4Q 2019, but nothing lately.

To me, it seems like the APA: TNT/Phantom Retailers, Big Display Companies vs. NFA: Wholesalers, UN0431 Vendors, Small Display Companies/Hobbyists

With the fear that this is Metals Ban part 2, but also that UN0431 with increased comp. and/or changes in burst charges would lead to it being classified as 1.3G.

I wish I could add to the discussion but I've most likely only heard the same reports & rumors you have heard. I do know there was a special committee formed (I believe within the APA) to study the UN0431 side of things, but other than that, I have zero factual information on any of it.
