In Pennsylvania...

Not legal to shoot fireworks in Ohio without permit (hard to get), but you can buy them (as long as your are not a resident.) Crazy laws there, people have been trying to change them for decades.

I believe you even need a permit to be able to fart legally in Ohio and that's even more impossible to get.
