Question regarding policies/legalities of personal sales

Hi all,
I used to frequent a different forum (maybe PyroU?) but I recognize some of the names here, so I think I'm in the right place...

I have a question about forum rules and legalities of posting items for sale. I didn't see anything in the forum rules on this, but thought I should ask, as I'm really not sure what is kosher. Hypothetically, if I lived in a firework-legal state, and had to cancel my 4th of July festivities, and wanted to unload some of my stuff, is it in violation of any laws or forums rules to make such an offer or list items for sale? Thanks in advance for any help or advice...
 
What state are you from? As long as it's 100% legal, then we will allow it on a case by case basis for now. I'm not sure if it was allowed on the previous forums.
 
Hi MH. Its Georgia. I didn't know if there were any legal issues with the sale of personal items (non-commercial). Some places like FB Marketplace don't appear to allow it, which made me question it altogether. Thanks for any knowledge you can impart. :)
