Hi all, new company out of South Texas, been in retail for about ten years and have some training in pyro displays and am just starting to do shows. Need some help with figuring out a good benchmark for pricing. I keep seeing online to charge $1000/minute. But i feel like this isnt always going to be the case. For example, i have scripted out a 90 second show, 28 total cues, 20 shells with 8 cakes. How much would you all charge for that? Any tips help. Thanks guys.

Cake shows vs shell shows? Mixed? Pricing tips please!

Intro in order?

Figure out your costs and add in what profit you like. See if your clients bite. If you are charging for shows even 1.4G you have a legal exposure and need to be insured. You said “some pro”. Is that 1.3G or 1.4 pro? 1.3G is a totally different legal situation you need to fully understand.
