Could add a section where users can create (single thread per state) local pages for things pertaining to each state specifically.

This is actually part of an overall idea we have discussed based on members geographic locations. We feel at this time it would just cause clutter so it's something we are holding off for now. We will revisit when we grow to a point where it would be difficult to wade through national posts.
