Anyone here have a template for Excel that they use to keep track of your products? I found a template for business that I can work with but wondering if there is something better.

I just have a table in Word. It has five fields. Name (of item), Brand (Pyro King, Brothers, etc), Count (how many do you have), Shots (how many shots does it have) and Length/Duration (in seconds). A fountain has 0 shots, while a shell as 1 shot.

I put mine in Google Sheets. I can view/update it on my phone if needed. I also don't have to worry about it being on a computer that would need to be backed up.

Hindsight, I should have added a column denoting the year marking on the case (or at least when it was acquired). So many items vary year to year, that info could be helpful.

I have a columns for the tube size and description to help when making Finale simulations.

I have links to videos on many of mine as well.

The madman is old school. Paper notebook for me. Lol
Don't judge me, my wife does enough making fun of me for not using excel as it is. Lol

I give this a try. Thanks Joe

I'm the same way, I'm pretty much Excel illiterate. I have everything written down but end up losing a page somewhere, I want to have a back up.
