This is going to make it a bit tougher to pay pyro crew. I live in Coppell, Texas. Obviously it's a reflection on the growth of e-commerce. Funny thing is, the Uline warehouse is just across the street from an Amazon warehouse.

 
They have been paying that for several years. I'm in Ga and it the same here for the uline warehouses. Pretty hard to get the job from what I have heard. That equates to $47,800 per year plus whatever bonus you may get.

Out here they moved 3 times over a 10-12 year period doubling their space each time. They now occupy over 1 million sq ft in their last move a few years ago.
 
The Amazon, Fed Ex and other warehouses here have been the same, they just built a whole new additional fed Ex warenouse here 2 years ago, and it is already way over capacity, and they are building several more. Amazon has built several, some as big as a small town. This is sadly the way o the future, where people sit at home and just work and shop by wire. Hopefully people won't all turn into zombies.
