Does anyone do any Christmas or New Year's Shows? How long do you normally make them? I am excited to shoot November Rain with my club this weekend, and then I have my city's Tree Lighting at the end of the month. I have been toying with the idea of a short Christmas Eve pyromusical for my family and neighbors, but not set on doing it yet. Lot's of hoops to jump through(flipping Ohio) What end of year pyro do you have going on?

Last I heard I'm doing Philly's Thanksgiving day parade. Some pyro to kick it off and Sparkular machines. 76ers have Christmas day game, did an Eagles Christmas game a few years ago... that sucked. Waiting hear about a NYE show, otherwise it will be my typical safe and sane NYE show in the front yard.

I think most NYE displays stay under 15 minutes

I usually do a little 15 minute or less, one station NYE show but this year I will be out of the country during that time so i did my "NYE show" back in August.
First time in over 10 years there will be no noise on NYE coming from me. The few neighbors I do have are probably gonna be wondering what's going on. hahaha

About an 18 minute show across seven stations for NYE. But my friend wants it on Dec. 21 for some reason. Here is last years show:

I've not received a confirmation yet but if Vancouver has NYE fireworks, I'll be working on that show.

We have 2 barge-launched shows; a 5 minute show at 9 pm for those who want to head to bed early, and the midnight show which usually runs for 15-20 minutes.

Found out today that there won't be any NYE fireworks in Vancouver; apparently the group who'd be organizing the event are not doing anything this year because they're working on moving everything from Canada Place to False Creek next year.

The good news is that I now have no reason to remain sober on NYE, the bad news is that I don't have any legit excuse to cut short my Christmas visit to my parents and the end result could range from harsh words to homicide. ;-)

We do a fun Christmas pyromusical for a local charity event and have a couple wedding shows lined up (who gets married on January 3rd??) but I really do try to stay away from New Years displays myself.
