A new forum and a new state

Glad to see we have a new forum. I haven’t been on PyroFan much since September of last year as we have made a move to Iowa. Looking forward to learning more from the pyros here.
 
Welcome!!! Glad to see you made it over and congrats on moving to pyro friendly Iowa!! Now you'll have to increase your Boom Boom order :D
 
Hopefully you live in a city / County in Iowa that is pyro friendly. Iowa allows for locals to ban the use during the allowed month before the 4th.

If you live in that situation you wil need a permit. Typically that means insurance requirements, sign off from fire Marshal, etc... If that's the case the best thing is to have a PGI shooters certificate. That usually convinces people you know what you are doing. However I have found in some cases a atf type 54 can do the same trick. Which is funny because all that proves is you can navigate paper work.
